Life as we know it is like a crazy puzzle where we go through hard and easy times we have our up's and downs we feel useless and unwanted .Don't think like that you must think about the good points like if you have told a lie own up to it. You never know you might think it will go bad but it might go good or even the opposite. Don't get into other peoples issues or else you might be the problem next . When you feel sad think about happy and funny times you have had with your best friend or girlfriend/boyfriends or even family . Always have someone to talk to when you are lonely I always talk to people I can trust because they make me smile and make me feel safe and very happy .Do you have someone to talk to when you feel sad ,angry ,or lonely ? There is always your family ,friends ,Boyfriends/Girlfriends and so on.
